In addition Benefit Professionals, Inc. or any of its affiliates shall not be liable for any failure by a participant to properly initiate any transactions through the web site or VRU. system correctly, in which the participant incurs a loss to their account.

Transactions initiated before 2:00 P.M. CST will be processed the same business day, transactions initiated after the 2:00 P.M. cut off will be processed the next business day.
